Friday 17th Feb we noticed a dramatic slowing of connection to our servers We proceeded to check out if the issue was us or the link to our kit. Having running ping tests and trace routes we came to the conclusion that this was an infer-structure issue . Having made contact with BT they did eventually confirm that there was an “issue” in Ealing. Whilst I would have like to E-mail you all to advise you of the issue this was possible. Hence the posting today.
